Joint Juice

Overall Review:
3 out of 5.

Joint Juice is a supplement for joint support. It contains ingredients that are thought to help keep cartilage flexible and lubricated well. The addition of Vitamin D and calcium is to help keep bones strong as they work in conjunction with joints.

Glucosamine is one of the most popular ingredients in such joint formulas. It is an amino sugar that plays an integral part in connective-tissue construction as well as the formation of healthy cartilage. Proteoglycans – as well as other substances – form tissues that protect these areas of the body. Glucosamine is one of the foundations of these proteoglycans. If our bodies are not producing enough glucosamine, we can develop problems in our ligaments, tendons, bones, nails, and skin – as well as other areas of our bodies. While a “perfect” body will produce enough of this amino sugar to carry out the necessary processes, wear and tear on our bodies can produce an environment that is not making enough. It is for this reason that many people with joint problems such as arthritis are seeking to supplement their bodies with glucosamine. When used in conjunction with chondroitin sulfate, reversing the breakdown of cartilage may even be possible.

Joint Juice also includes some extract from green tea in its product. Green tea is largely known for its abilities to work as an antioxidant, fighting off free radicals whose intent is to break down the body. Likewise, rheumatoid arthritis may flare up when inflammation or infection occurs.

The product comes in powder form, and users are directed to add one packet to a 9-ounce glass of water. It is to be mixed and taken once a day every day in order to see maximum results.
