Cellucor L2 Extreme Overall Review: 3 out of 5.
The product uses a diuretic blend of prickly chaff flower extract, uva-ursi extract, superoxide dismutase (SOD), and L-taurine. The extracts are plant-based and both claim to have strong diuretic properties. SOD is an enzyme that may play a supportive role in antioxidant protection. L-taurine, an amino acid, may contribute to a healthy metabolism and support of healthy blood pressure that is already normal. Dandelion extract is another key diuretic ingredient, popularly known for its natural diuretic properties. The other ingredients are added to help support the electrolyte and mineral balance in the body, probably to offset the extreme water loss.
Take 4 capsules twice a day with food and water. It is recommended you drink at least 6 glasses of water a day when taking this product, due to possible dehydration. You may feel weak and tired as well, due to the loss of nutrients and electrolytes. You can only take it for 4-5 days at a time with at least a week break in between. Other side effects can occur if you take too much, such as muscle cramps, skin rash, diarrhea, dizziness, or joint pain.
