Prostanol Overall Review: 3 out of 5.
The Saw Palmetto and Beta-Sitosterol in the formula are somewhat parring for the course, as most prostate supplements are on board with using these ingredients. This is due to many studies suggesting that if used properly, they can alleviate many of the symptoms of an enlarged prostate, especially focusing on promoting healthy urinary functioning. They say that in each dose, there are 350 milligrams of Saw Palmetto Extract.
They also include something called Phytosin, which they claim is able to fight DHT, one of the causes of issues in men’s bodies as they age. Phytosin contains stigmasterol, campesterol, and more Beta-Sitosterol which may help prevent the body from converting healthy testosterone to this DHT.
Another interesting choice is the inclusion of Chrysin, which is believed to be a natural way to keep testosterone levels from declining.
Lycopene may be the next most potent and important ingredient in Prostanol. It may help to protect the cells and a man’s DNA by attacking the free radicals that are trying to harm the body, a function of antioxidants such as Lycopene.
